Federal Rescue Dog Association
The Organisation Bundesverband Rettungshunde, founded 1976, has actually more than 70 local subsideries in Germany, more then 2200 members and 1500 dogs, 600 are certificated. Under the guidline “Dogs are saving life” the dogs and the doghandlers are well trained and each year tested for there missions in Germany as well in other countries in searching:
- Covered people in rubber fields: after collepted buildings, earthsquakes, explosions,
- Missed poeple in areas: i.e. wood,
- Watersearch and snow
Teams are available around the clock. Missions are free of charge.
